Job summary

ONE2ONE Inc in the United States is seeking a vCIO to guide strategic IT direction for assigned client accounts. You’ll bridge business strategy and technology, shaping roadmaps and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

You will build client relationships, conduct QBRs, manage budgets and security risks, and collaborate with account managers, engineers, and support teams to present consultative recommendations and strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT consulting, account management or technical leadership.
• Experience in MSP or recurring revenue environments.
• Proven success in IT planning and budgeting.
• Proficient with ConnectWise, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Netgear, Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communicator with executives and technicians.
• Sales support and consultative selling experience.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop long-term IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct QBRs and VCIO sessions.
• Manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate security, compliance, and operational risks.
• Collaborate with account managers, engineers, and support teams.
• Deliver sales presentations and consultative recommendations.
