Job summary

ONE 2 ONE Inc. is seeking a vCIO to own the strategic direction, alignment, and success of assigned client accounts. You will bridge business and technology and ensure every IT initiative drives meaningful business impact.

You will build and maintain client relationships, develop long‑term IT strategies, conduct QBRs, and manage budgets and forecasts. A background in MSPs, strong presentation skills, and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management or technical leadership.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or recurring revenue environment.
• Proven success in IT planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop long‑term IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals.
• Conduct QBRs and ongoing VCIO sessions.
• Build and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate security, compliance, and operational risks.

Your Mission

As a vCIO at ONE 2 ONE, you’ll own the strategic direction, alignment, and success of assigned client accounts. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring every IT initiative drives meaningful business impact.

What You’ll Do

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management or technical leadership
• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or recurring revenue environment
• Proven success in IT planning and budgeting
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Netgear, Microsoft suite
• Excellent communicator and presenter — equally comfortable with executives and technicians
• Experienced in sales support and consultative selling
• Excellent adaptability, prioritization and follow thru in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑motivated with minimal supervision
