Job summary

ONE 2 ONE Inc. is seeking a vCIO to guide strategic IT direction for client accounts. You’ll bridge business and technology, shaping roadmaps and ensuring every initiative delivers meaningful business impact.

You’ll build strong client relationships, run QBRs, manage budgets and forecasts, identify risks, and deliver consultative recommendations to executives and technical teams in a collaborative MSP culture.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management or technical leadership.
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or recurring revenue environment.
Proven success in IT planning and budgeting.
Proficiency with ConnectWise, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Netgear, Microsoft suite.
Excellent communicator and presenter — equally comfortable with executives and technicians.
Experienced in sales support and consultative selling.
Excellent adaptability, prioritization and follow thru in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop long-term IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing VCIO sessions
Build and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts
Identify and mitigate security, compliance, and operational risks
Partner with account managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver on strategy
Deliver impactful sales presentations and consultative recommendations

Your Mission

As a vCIO at ONE 2 ONE, you’ll own the strategic direction, alignment, and success of assigned client accounts. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring every IT initiative drives meaningful business impact.

What You’ll Do

Build andmaintainstrong client relationships

What Makes You a Great Fit
