• Answers phones and serves as receptionist for patients and staff.
• Relays information between patients, providers, and hospital staff.
• Assists with scheduling and coordination with ancillary departments.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Participates in departmental meetings and completes assigned duties.
