Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking an Access Representative to support patient care delivery. You will act as the front desk liaison, handling registration, scheduling, and data entry in clinic systems.

You will maintain patient confidentiality, assist with insurance forms, communicate with patients, and coordinate information between departments while delivering courteous service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry and basic bookkeeping desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Experience in patient registration and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments with physicians and staff.
• Enters patient data into computer systems; handles patient registration and visit creation.
• Communicates with patients regarding appointments, forms, and documentation.
• Makes release of information requests and coordinates receipt of records.
• Answers phones and serves as receptionist for patients and staff.
