Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph, MO seeks an Access Representative for Cardiovascular Care to support patient flow and data integrity at the front desk of the clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, insurance forms, and acting as a liaison for patients and providers.

Starting at $16.00 per hour, on-site work with opportunities to grow within the clinical support team; prior experience in medical reception or data entry preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or HiSET equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or business college certificate preferred.
• Experience in computer data entry and patient data handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments and performs check-in/check-out.
• Enters patient data into systems, handles medical records and visit creation.
• Communicates with patients regarding appointments and documentation.
• Supports confidentiality and serves as a liaison among patients, providers and staff.
• Answers phones and acts as receptionist for patients and visitors.
