Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments; check-in and check-out in clinic.
• Enter patient data into computer systems; patient registration and visit creation.
• Communicate with patients about appointments and documentation.
• Prepare release of information and consent forms; coordinate with providers.
• Answer phones and act as receptionist for patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Attend departmental meetings and support additional duties as assigned.
