Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Access Representative to support clinic operations by managing patient data and acting as a receptionist for the provider's office. You will assist with check-in/check-out, data entry, and coordinating communications with patients and staff.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, customer service, and multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare setting; HS diploma required with a preferred associate degree. Travel between facilities may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in computer data entry and customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments; check in/out at the clinic.
• Enters patient data into computer systems accurately and completely (registration, chart assignment, visit creation).
• Communicates with patients regarding appointments, insurance forms, and medical releases.
