Florida Medical Clinic is seeking a Front Office Assistant for the Vascular Surgery site in Wesley Chapel. You will handle patient registration, scheduling, referrals, and phone coverage under supervision, supporting ambulatory office operations.

The role requires organization and strong customer service with clerical skills; a High School diploma and at least 6 months of experience are preferred. Some travel to Zephyrhills may be involved.

Competenze

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Six (6) months’ experience in a clerical office, or general business, and/or customer service setting.

Mansioni

• Schedules patient appointments according to practice protocols and patient preference, including pre-certification when required.
• Obtains patient demographic and insurance information.
• Processes requests for medical records per policies.
• Ensures compliance with policy and value statements.
• Demonstrates competence in office equipment and phone handling.
• Interacts with patients and families professionally.
• Maintains regular attendance per policies.
