• Processes requests for medical records per policy.
• Maintains compliance with policy, procedures, and value statements.
• Demonstrates competency with office equipment and answers calls appropriately.
• Contributes to patient satisfaction and quality assurance activities.
• Maintains attendance and compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
• Supports billing service as needed.
