You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, operate EHR/EMR systems, and assist during procedures as needed. Prior authorization and insurance verification experience are valued, with EPIC EMR proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• CCMA/CMAA license is required.
• 2+ years of experience working with insurance in a medical office.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, insurance verification, billing support, and managing incoming correspondence.
• Greet patients, verify information, and facilitate smooth intake using EHR systems.
• Manage medical records within EMR systems while ensuring privacy compliance.
• Support front desk by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and coordinating referrals.
• Prepare examination rooms with supplies and assist during procedures when needed.
