Responsibilities

  • Scheduling patient appointments efficiently and handling appointment confirmations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.
  • Providing friendly and effective patient service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Facilitating effective communication between patients, family members, and medical staff.
  • Handling patient inquiries and resolving any issues with service or insurance coverage.
  • Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Facilitating clinic by rooming patients and readying them for their appointment with the provider.
  • Managing clinical tasks like chart prep, record requests, referral coordination, etc.
  • Supporting the clinical staff by performing basic medical tasks as needed.
  • Organizing and monitoring office inventory to ensure supplies are stocked as necessary.
