Job summary

ICU Medical Inc is seeking a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to build and expand ICU Medical's Vascular Access & Blood Collection business across a defined territory. You will develop relationships with key decision makers and drive territory revenue growth while ensuring post-sale support.

This field-based role requires travel and is remote-based; you will work with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to position ICU Medical products and meet annual objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; medical device sales preferred.
• Experience with vascular access, blood collection or infusion therapy is preferred.
• Must be able to maintain compliance with credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Territory Revenue Objectives: align with the Regional Sales Manager to meet and exceed annual territory revenue goals for Vascular Access and Blood Collection.
• Master presentation skills and command technical knowledge of ICU Medical products and how they relate to guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with Clinicians about how industry guidelines intersect with ICU Medical portfolios to improve outcomes.
• Position ICU Medical offerings against competitors through clinical and technical strengths.
• Be the clinical expert and consultative problem solver at the field level for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Know the top 50 assigned customers in the territory, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implementation of ICU products in the Vascular Access and Blood Collection portfolio.
• Travel and market awareness: work with local chapters and clinicians to stay connected and drive growth.
• Travel >50% as required.
