ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to grow the Vascular Access & Blood Collection portfolio across a defined territory.

You will establish relationships with clinical decision makers, drive revenue growth, and provide post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires deep product knowledge, ability to position ICU solutions against competitors, and collaboration with regional teams to achieve territory objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in medical devices preferred.
• Experience with vascular access, blood collection, or infusion therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Territory revenue objectives: align with Regional Sales Manager to meet exceed annual territory goals.
• Master product knowledge and present ICU family offerings with industry guideline context.
• Clearly communicate with clinicians how guidelines intersect with ICU products to drive outcomes.
• Position ICU products against competitors clinically and technically.
• Serve as clinical expert and field-level problem solver for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Know top 50 customers in the territory, including contracts and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implementation of ICU products in Vascular Access and Blood Collection portfolio.
• Communicate product performance with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing and Operations.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/nights when required.
