Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to grow the Vascular Access & Blood Collection business in the assigned territory. You will build relationships with key decision makers, educate clinicians on ICU Medical products, and drive adoption while ensuring exceptional post-sale support and patient outcomes.

This field-based role requires strong presentation and clinical knowledge, the ability to travel extensively, and a track record of meeting or exceeding territory objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in medical device sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed annual territory revenue objectives for Vascular Access and Blood Collection.
• Master presentation skills and clinical knowledge of ICU family products and guidelines.
• Communicate with clinicians on how guidelines intersect with ICU product portfolios and improve outcomes.
• Understand strengths/weaknesses of competing products and position ICU offerings.
• Be the clinical expert and consultative problem solver at field level for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Know the top 50 assigned customers, contracts, pumps, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implementation of ICU products in the portfolio.
• Engage with local chapters (AVA, INS, VACC, APIC, ONS) and clinicians in the market.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager, Marketing and Operations on product performance.
