Job summary

ICU Medical seeks a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to grow the Vascular Access & Blood Collection business within a defined territory. You will build relationships with key clinical decision makers and drive revenue growth while expanding the customer base and ensuring post-sale support for a positive customer experience.

You will act as the clinical expert, understand policy guidelines, and collaborate with regional teams to position ICU Medical products against competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in medical device sales preferred.
• Vascular Access, blood collection and/or infusion therapy products background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory Revenue Objectives: align with Regional Sales Manager to meet annual territory Vascular Access and Blood Collection revenue objectives.
• Master presentation skills and technical knowledge of ICU products and guidelines.
• Communicate with clinicians about how guidelines intersect with ICU product portfolios to drive outcomes.
• Understand strengths/weaknesses of competing products and position ICU solutions accordingly.
• Serve as clinical expert and consultative problem solver at field level for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Know top 50 assigned customers, contracts, pumps, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU products in Vascular Access and Blood Collection portfolio.
• Engage with AVA, INS, VACC, APIC, ONS and other local chapters to understand the market.
• Communicate product performance to Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Operations to drive performance.
• Meet/exceed annual objectives and participate in special projects; may work weekends/nights when needed.
