Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of the Varicent SPM platform for compensation and sales incentives. You will partner with HR Technology and Total Rewards to align solutions with business goals.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable, reliable compensation technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging business processes in Varicent SPM.
• 8+ years experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and performing UAT.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations and workflows.
• 4+ years experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Compensation in Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals, and roadmap for the product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Create documentation and test plans; ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
