CVS Health is seeking a Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform to support Compensation business operations. You will collaborate with HR and total rewards partners to design scalable solutions and lead Varicent enhancements.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in Varicent functional/lead roles, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to translate business needs into technical configurations and reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM workflows and processes.
• 5+ years experience with Varicent SPM, including calculations and configuration.
• Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis and functional design.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmaps for the Varicent product.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing.
• Translate business requirements to technical solutions and timelines.
• Design, implement, and maintain Varicent enhancements and reports.
• Coordinate validation, UAT, and maintain artifacts and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and align with business objectives.
• Lead vendor coordination and cross-functional communication.
