Job summary

M&H Valve Company, part of the McWane family, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan. The role focuses on sales, marketing, and account management for all accounts within the territory, expanding the distributor base and ensuring customer service supports sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers and municipalities, executing pricing strategies, and managing territory through reports and CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Five years of industrial sales experience preferred, in waterworks or related.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong communication networks and builds relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities.
• Follows pricing strategy to ensure margins on assigned accounts.
• Submits weekly market condition reports to management.
• Documents customer interactions using the assigned software.
• Travels to customers and provides technical product support and installation guidance.
• Trains distributor salespeople on product and marketing information.
• Prepares price quotations or bids based on market conditions.
