Job summary

M&H Valve Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan. The role covers sales, marketing, and account management across assigned accounts within the McWane family. Relocation support is provided for the right candidate, with broad travel and field support.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in industrial sales, preferably in waterworks, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel ~75%, home office ~25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for candidate.
• At least five years of industrial sales experience, preferably in waterworks or McWane programs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities.
• Executes pricing strategy to ensure margins and returns.
• Submits weekly market condition reports to management.
• Documents customer interactions in the sales software.
• Trains distributor salespeople on products and marketing.
• Travels extensively to cover territory.
