Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to drive lean improvements across plant value streams, ensuring safe operations and streamlined production flow. You will develop teams, manage performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to cost reductions and quality enhancements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of supervisory experience, and strong accounting/PC skills with LEAN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' management or supervisory experience.
• Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team-building skills. Ability to assess and develop individual and team skills and capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops plant value streams, ensuring alignment with Value Stream Manager directives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reductions, and reduced inventories and lead times.
• Provide training and development for associates; conduct performance assessments.
• Create standardized work practices and ensure safety and 5S compliance.
• Promote a positive team environment and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
