Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Value Stream Leader to oversee the operation of a key manufacturing value stream. You will lead production supervisors, manage budgets and P&L, and drive Lean initiatives to reduce costs and lead times while improving quality and customer service.

You will develop a technically qualified workforce, ensure safety, and push for continuous improvement across daily and long‑term plans. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience on large projects/teams.
• P&L ownership experience preferred; analytics and planning skills.
• LEAN process improvements/implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Production Supervisors and associates, budgets, employment decisions and performance assessments.
• Oversee value stream operations, drive continuous improvements and safety initiatives.
• Lead daily operations, production scheduling, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Implement lean methods, tracking centers, and standardized work processes.
• Foster a positive team culture and empower employees to solve problems.
