Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to guide plant value streams, develop associates, and drive continuous improvements under the Value Stream Manager. The role includes budget adherence, scheduling, and performance assessments to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

You will shape operations across supply chain, production control and shift coordination, building a culture of safety, quality and cost reduction with Lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates and oversee day-to-day activities for a plant value stream.
• Develop and implement Parker Lean system and Win Strategy under Value Stream Manager guidance.
• Promote safety, quality improvements and continuous improvement through PDCA.
