Responsibilities

• Leads the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and continuous improvements, coordinating between shifts.
• Establishes standardized work and processes to ensure safety and 5S compliance.
• Maintains a positive team atmosphere, holds regular meetings, and assigns tasks.
• Provides cross training for value stream associates and backups.
• Encourages the team to identify and fix problems to improve quality.
• Collaborates with Value Stream Manager to develop future state value stream map and tracking board.
