Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to oversee plant value streams and drive Lean initiatives, safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate production priorities, standardize work, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across shifts.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to empower teams and meet daily, monthly, and annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Value Stream associates regularly to discuss problems, solutions and challenges.
• Lead plant value stream daily operations and continuous improvements across supply chain, production control, manufacturing priorities and shift coordination.
• Create standardized work and processes; ensure safety and 5S compliance.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere; conduct regular meetings and coordinate cross-department support.
• Provide cross-training for Value Stream associates and backups from other value streams to keep the line running smoothly.
• Collaborate with leadership to map future state value stream and manage improvement boards.
