Responsibilities

• Lead value discovery sessions and develop business cases for strategic sales opportunities.
• Perform ROI, TCO, and cost-benefit analyses to quantify value of Accruent solutions.
• Deliver data-driven value insights for Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Support sales cycles with value-based selling materials, RFP responses, and procurement justification.
• Collaborate with Sales, Value Realization, Services, and Product teams to align value stories with customer use cases.
• Contribute to refinement of value realization methodologies and reusable business cases.
