Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting or customer strategy.
• Experience in healthcare or enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to present to C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales Value Realization across the customer portfolio.
• Translate pre-sales commitments into post-sales measurement frameworks.
• Lead value review sessions with executive stakeholders and co-present data.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify value gaps and expansion signals.
• Build a library of value stories and playbooks for scalable delivery.
