Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice seeks a Senior Director to lead and execute operational improvements across deals. You will guide EBITDA upside, due diligence, carve-outs, and post-acquisition planning with a focus on sustained value creation, partnering with CEOs, Boards, PE firms, and corporate entities.

You’ll mentor teams, drive business development, and build enduring client relationships while navigating a hybrid work model and complex business environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with substantial experience in strategy and operations consulting.
• Proven ability to translate data into insights and drive value through operational improvements.
• Experience in due diligence, integrations, carve-outs, and value creation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage value-creation projects across the deal lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Drive EBITDA upside, operational risk assessment, and post-acquisition performance improvements.
• Manage cross-functional teams and develop client relationships at the senior level.
