Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice helps PE firms, portfolio companies, and corporates unlock value through revenue enhancement, cost and margin improvement, and working capital reduction. You will lead cross-functional teams on operational due diligence, buy-side carve-outs, integration planning, and ongoing performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with 7–8 years of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and modeling skills.
• Experience in operational due diligence, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning, 100-day value creation, and exit readiness.
• Drive operational improvements and EBITDA upside for portfolio companies and clients.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; build trusted client relationships at senior levels.
