Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice helps PE firms and corporate clients unlock value through revenue, cost and working capital improvements, leveraging EY’s full spectrum of services.

As a Senior Associate-Consultant, you’ll lead operational projects across transaction lifecycles, perform due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning and 100-day value realization, with a focus on EBITDA upside.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, CS, or analytics with 2 years' related work experience.
• Strategy and operations consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute operationally focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Perform operational due diligence to identify EBITDA upside and risk.
• Support buy-side carve-out, integration planning, and post-acquisition value creation.
• Drive performance improvement and exit readiness planning.
• Develop client presentations and contribute to business development.
