EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice helps PE firms, portfolios, and corporate clients unlock value through revenue, cost, margin, and working capital improvements. The role emphasizes operating enhancements across the deal lifecycle, from due diligence to post-merger integration, with a strong focus on EBITDA upside and risk management.

As an Associate-Consultant, you’ll work on teams across EY-Parthenon’s sub service lines, engaging with senior clients and leading

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 1 year of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Analytical, problem solving/modeling skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, restructuring, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and operational metrics.
• Experience leading and managing in complex environments.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel; in-person engagement required 60%+ of time.

• Execute operational focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Perform operational due diligence focusing on EBITDA upside and risk.
• Support buy-side carve-out and integration planning to stand up a spun-out business.
• Lead 100-day value creation and performance improvement efforts.
• Prepare exit readiness planning to optimize buyer outcomes.
