Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Decatur, GA to deliver value-based care to Medicare populations at a neighborhood center. You’ll work with a large care team to prioritize quality over volume and participate in a comprehensive benefits program.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experienced physicians may be considered for leadership roles such as Center Medical Director, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) required.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certification (or eligible).
• Active, unrestricted State License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway.
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
