Oak Street Health is hiring a Primary Care Physician in Columbus, GA to provide equitable and effective value-based healthcare for local Medicare populations within our network of neighborhood primary care centers. You will work at a single medical center with large care teams to focus on quality of care rather than volume.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with active State License
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or eligible)
• US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
• Prescribe and manage pharmaceutical treatments and medications
• Maintain patient EMR data via canopy and Greenway
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team
• Other duties as assigned
