Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based care for local Medicare populations at our neighborhood clinics. Work with large care teams to deliver high-quality care, with bonuses tied to outcomes and preventive services.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and experienced physicians may advance to Center Medical Director. 40-hour weeks, full-time, with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate required.
• Active State License in good standing required.
• DEA license required and unrestricted.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
• Maintain EMR data via canopy and greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
