Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate required with board eligibility or certification.
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and manage pharmaceutical treatments.
• Maintain patient records and data accuracy in EMR systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct care team with Practice Managers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
