Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner and coach for medical practices within the portfolio. You will dive into data, identify performance gaps, and work with doctors and healthcare executives to optimize Value-Based Care contracts and drive shared savings.

The role requires 3-4 days onsite in Shreveport, LA, with travel and a compensation package including base salary, bonuses, and equity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with executive level communication, written and verbal
• Demonstrated knowledge of value based care contracts across all patient types
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience with practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving, and strategic insight
• Ability to be onsite 3-4 days a week in Shreveport, LA (subject to practice needs)

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare executives to support financial and quality performance across metrics
• Own the account across financial performance, quality management, clinical management, population health, and operational improvements
• Train office staff and physicians on processes and technologies related to Value Based Care
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop executive-facing presentations and memos on practice performance and contract terms
• Proactively surface root causes of issues affecting practice performance and adapt to evolving needs
