Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee hospitality operations at the Glendale location. The role supervises the hotel team in the absence of location management, ensuring high service thresholds and client satisfaction while driving revenue and managing expenses.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a manual transmission, and willingness to lead staff and participate in client stand-up meetings. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support location management with financial, operational, safety and service-related success.
• Attend daily stand up meetings and client meetings.
• Ensure internal stand up meetings are held each shift.
• Ensure staff adhere to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer service or client concerns.
• Communicate challenges to Location Management for action.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
