LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient outflow of vehicles and manage the reverse lane operations. You will report to the Assistant Manager and act in their absence, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to policies.

Ideal candidates have strong supervisory and customer service skills, experience in parking operations, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment while handling revenue data and scheduling tasks.

• Strong customer service experience and professional communication.
• Ability to greet and assist customers, and resolve issues promptly.
• Willingness to lead and mentor staff in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor daily staff; train on procedures and safety.
• Establish performance standards; implement procedural improvements.
• Maintain premier customer relations and respond to inquiries across intercoms, lobbies, lanes, and office.
• Run daily revenue reports and other management data; monitor garage activity.
• Assist with weekly garage scheduling; handle payroll/timekeeping tasks.
