Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient outflow of vehicles and manage the reverse lane operations. You will report to the Assistant Manager and act in their absence, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor daily staff; train on procedures and safety.
• Establish performance standards; implement procedural improvements.
• Maintain premier customer relations and respond to inquiries across intercoms, lobbies, lanes, and office.
• Run daily revenue reports and other management data; monitor garage activity.
• Assist with weekly garage scheduling; handle payroll/timekeeping tasks.
