LAZ Parking is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Shift Leads to support our luxury hotel, premier commercial, residential, and healthcare accounts throughout Los Angeles.
As a Shift Lead, you will set the tone for the operation by delivering exceptional customer service, supporting and mentoring frontline employees, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the high standards expected by our clients.
Pay Rate: $20.50 - $26.00 per hour (Location Dependent)
Schedule: Full-Time – Hours vary depending on operation
Locations Available: Opportunities are available throughout the Los Angeles area, including locations in Beverly Hills, Century City, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. Our accounts include a variety of premier properties, such as luxury hotels, commercial office towers, upscale residential communities, and healthcare facilities.
Hospitality experience is required. Previous valet or parking experience is strongly preferred.
The Shift Lead serves as a visible leader and hospitality ambassador. This individual is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations and developing team members.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering world-class service.
