Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support location management with financial, operational, safety and service-related success.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and client-scheduled resume meetings.
• Ensure LAZ internal stand-up meetings are held each shift.
• Ensure staff adhere to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer or client concerns and communicate challenges to management.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff in the absence of management.
• Drive service results and monitor internal service metrics.
