Job summary

LAZ Parking Southwest, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Valet Attendant Lead in Tucson, AZ to supervise valet operations at Banner Health and ensure guest satisfaction through consistent, high‑quality service. You will mentor staff, enforce safety and conduct policies, and collaborate with location management to optimize revenue and control costs while maintaining LAZ service standards.

A valid driver’s license and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support location management with financial, operational, safety and service-related success at their hotel.
• Attend daily stand up meetings and resume meetings scheduled by client.
• Ensure LAZ internal stand up meetings are held each shift.
• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Embrace, resolve, and see through to resolution any customer service or client concerns.
• Communicates any challenges to Location Management to address.
• Additional duties as assigned.
