Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Supervisor, Valet Operations in Glendale, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day valet operations, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a professional image for clients and guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with vehicle entry/exit, coordinating staffing, training the valet team, and maintaining safety and audit-ready paperwork. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Clear verbal communication and strong written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safety of vehicles/keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork to meet audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes clean and manage staging to maximize parking.
