Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a valet attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and support a professional valet team at a Glendale, AZ location. You will ensure timely service, safety, and adherence to location policies while delivering excellent guest experiences.

This role requires a minimal high school diploma, a valid driving license, and the ability to drive a manual transmission if needed. Pay starts at $15.50 per hour plus tips, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission if location requires.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure vehicle and key safety.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork per audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and free of debris.
• Implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Substitute for any position when needed.
• Complete other duties as needed.
