Job summary

SP+ Corporation in Glendale, AZ is seeking a valet attendant to greet guests, assist with vehicle entry/exit, and park vehicles safely. The role includes hiring, training, and coaching a valet team, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to procedures for safety, security, and smooth operations.

You will also handle daily paperwork, maintain clean drive lanes, and support staging plans to maximize parking capacity. The position offers benefits and tips in addition to the hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months related experience or training preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license and be able to drive a manual transmission if required.
• Clear and effective oral communication; good listening and responding to questions.
• Written communication must be clear and informative; ability to read and interpret information.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrates adaptability to changes and unexpected events; exercises sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet team; create staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure vehicle and key safety and security.
• Process daily paperwork according to audit standards; manage debris in drive lanes.
• Prepare and implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity; supervise operations.
