Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest/patient services, hire/train/discharge associates, plan and direct work, and manage performance, finances, and reporting.

The role includes coaching, scheduling, and strong emphasis on customer service and safety. Minimum one year in hospitality, associate degree preferred, and valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery and manage staffing levels.
• Recruitment and hiring to ensure best candidates for location.
• Orient and train new associates; provide coaching and conduct performance appraisals.
• Develop relationships with clients' staff and maintain regular communication.
• Forecast and monitor business metrics; ensure revenue reporting and daily reconciliations.
