Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, guest and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest services, staffing, training, performance appraisals and financial reporting to meet client standards.

Responsibilities include recruitment, coaching, and supervising a team of associates while maintaining strong client relations and adherence to Towne Park policies. Base pay reflects market ranges for this role in the Orlando area.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 year of related hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures exceptional guest service on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to meet service standards.
• Leads recruiting, hiring, onboarding and coaching of associates.
• Partners with Account Manager to set guidelines and ensure team readiness.
• Maintains relationships with clients and staff to exceed expectations.
• Manages revenue reporting, scheduling controls and timekeeping.
