Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will lead guest/patient services, hire and train associates, and manage performance and financial reporting.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality; associates degree preferred, valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel and on-site supervision are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery and manage staffing as needed.
• Actively participate in recruitment and hiring to staff the location.
• Oversee orientation and training for new associates; coach performance improvements.
• Maintain relationships with client staff and ensure team focus on client objectives.
• Manage revenue reporting, forecasting metrics, and shift cash handling.
