Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently across shifts.
• Efficiently allocates labor and manages staffing to meet service and productivity goals.
• Participates in recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of associates.
• Provides performance feedback, conducts appraisals, and handles disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains relationships with client staff and ensures team focus on exceeding expectations.
• Manages revenue reporting, shift cash handling, and scheduling controls.
