Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of guest, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. The role includes managing guest services, hiring/training staff, directing work, and reporting on financials, with a minimum of two associates and a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training, improving performance, maintaining client relationships, and achieving client objectives while ensuring safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experiences are delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to meet service delivery and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, and train associates; conduct performance appraisals and coaching.
• Guide new associates through orientation and on‑the‑job training; address performance issues.
• Maintain relationships with client staff and ensure team alignment with client objectives.
• Understand and drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, and revenue reporting.
