Job summary

Towne Park is hiring for an Associate Manager responsible for delivering exceptional guest and patient services at a designated location. You will hire, train, evaluate and direct associates, plan work, and manage performance and finances to meet client expectations.

You will lead recruitment, set service standards, and ensure compliance with Towne Park policies while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s safety procedures and client service standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest and associate satisfaction across shifts.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage associates; plan and direct work.
• Monitor financials, reports, and revenue controls.
